ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of nine. My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I’m a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. I founded Impact 249, a nonprofit focused on serving our local community, and our team stays involved throughout the year. From Mother’s Day and Father’s Day events to our Back-to-School Bash, Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving pie giveaways, and Photos with Santa, we love creating opportunities to connect with and give back to the families around us.

As an Account Associate for Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
